INSTRUCTIONS for COMBINED SHIPPING at eBay

1) Buy it Now / Bid / Place Your Orders .... for ALL of the Items you want. Do not go through check out, or pay for your items, until you are all done bidding. Click “Buy Item”, then “Confirm Purchase”. Then go to the next item by “continue shopping with this seller”. Then, when done ....
2) Now that you are DONE BIDDING, you may go to "CHECK OUT". If you have just confirmed the bid for the last item, Then you can click "Pay Now". It should take you to the eBay "CHECK OUT PAGE". But DO NOT pay yet. On the "CHECK OUT PAGE", there is a "LINK" that says "REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER". It may be difficult to locate or see, but it is there. Click on that "LINK", it will send me an email. That email lets me know that you are finished shopping, and you are ready to pay for your order.
*** If you have accidentally clicked out of that page with the “Request the Total” Link or can not find that Link, that is OK. What you do is simply contact me using "contact seller" or "ask seller a question" on one of my listings. You can also find the same contact links in "your eBay" under "items won". Simply send me a question or message stating that you would like your total, because you are finished shopping.
3) Next, you wait on me. When I get your “Combo Total Request”, I will go into My eBay and generate your "eBay Combo Invoice". This Combo Invoice will have your "Combined Items Total" with the Correctly Calculated, "Combined Shipping" and Final Total. This will be sent to your eBay email. Be sure you have a Valid Working Email !! This especially, If I might have questions or problems concerning your order.
4) You will get that Invoice Notification in your email. Then you can log into eBay and pay for it. That’s it.

If you order more than one item, you should wait for me to send you an eBay combo invoice before you send payment. You can, if you prefer, go ahead and pay for it with out me sending the combo invoice, and it will still be OK. I will then need to "refund" any "excess postage over-charge". I usually catch these, but on occasion, I could miss one. If you are not sure, simply send me a message as a reminder, that you may be entitled to a partial refund. Also, if you do not want the partial refund, I can include in your package, an extra lip balm or extra sampler item. That works for me just as well. And of course, I can accept any excess postage as a donation, being that I am a single stay at home mother of two. (but that's rare) LOL, HA, HA.

ASSURANCE : If you ever feel you have been over-charged for postage, please let me know. Sometimes my personal website will do that. At my BBBT site, my shopping cart is not set up to calculate shipping based on weight. So, on occasion, it can calculate the postage too high. Normally I will catch the over-charge and automatically issue a partial refund. But like I said, I can on occasion, miss it. So, please, feel free to send me an email, making me aware of it, and can check into it for you. If a partial refund is needed, I will take care of it. Please do not worry, I am as honest as they come.
